Ribbit!

There will be no blog updates from us for the next few days, our laptop wireless card went on the fritz, so we'll be without our computer. :(

Quick update on what's been happening with us: As many of you know, I've decided to stay home with Addison for the upcoming school year. With all that's happening in our family (Addison's temperment, Aunt Kaka's passing, Chris' shift) we've decided that I need to be home. This decision was extremely difficult to make, but it's the best for our family at this time. I'm looking forward to being able to be home with Addison, and continue with my parent/baby group, which I would have missed had I went back to work. I plan to sub occasionally in the district, which will be perfect because of the flexibility. I'm so sad to leave my school, it's been my second home for the past 8 years. However, Addison is only this age once, and now that I have the opportunity to be with her, I'm going to savor every moment.

Addison continues to make us laugh each day, her latest thing is this ear-piercing SHRILL that she's been doing, accompanied with the arching of her back...we think that she's either experimenting with her voice, or she's learning early about temper tantrums! We know that she's not in pain or uncomfortable, because we can always make her smile either during her screaming, or right after.
