This takes the cake...

Every parent does some wacky things occasionally, but this definitely takes the cake for me! This morning, Addison had a lovely 7 oz. bottle of HALF & HALF! I was multi-tasking as I was preparing her bottle, holding Addison on one hip, while talking on the phone with my other hand, and making a bottle all at once. At first when she was drinking it, she spit it out, and the milk sprayed all over her face. I tried again, and she sucked it down! I only realized my blunder when we arrived home from baby group, and I went to make her a bottle, and when I reached in the fridge to grab the carton of WHOLE MILK, I realized it wasn't there, it was in the little fridge. Then it hit me. I gave her half & half for breakfast! In my defense, the half & half carton was a half gallon carton, the same as her whole milk carton. But it's still no excuse. What an air head!
