Is Addison going to be the next Picasso? For the second week in a row, our little darling went straight to the Art Center at Toddler Group. This week the projects were quite messy, involving glue and paint. We completed two of the three projects (the messiest ones of course!) and then after playing in other centers, she decided she wanted to come back to the Art Center AGAIN! At that point I was tired of cleaning red paint and glue from her hands, so I steered her to another center.
We have proudly displayed her masterpieces on Nana's fridge...she points to them often, with her "fffff" sound she makes, or "ssssat" which means "What's that?"
Other developments: We're settled into Nana's condo, and Addison is doing great! She loves discovering new "toys" of Nana's...her latest favorite is Nana's lotion bottles. She loves to pretend to put them on our hands and we rub them all over our bodies and hers!
She also started singing the words to "Wheels on the Bus"...it's so cute she does her high pitched voice and goes "Raow raow" and makes circles with her hands. Too cute for words.
The molar finally came through, and boy is it HUGE! The second molar is almost through, and she's been doing much better with this one.
Oops, I hear someone waking up from her nap....gotta run!
