Sissy is Sick

Addison has been fighting a terrible cough this week, as is Mommy. Will also is fighting a bug...he has a lovely case of diarrhea. We took them to the Dr. earlier in the week, and the Ped. listened to Addison's breathing and discovered she was wheezing. She prescribed an inhaler to help open her airway, and administering this treatment has been a huge challenge for us, to say the least! I've been kneed, punched, kicked, clawed...Addison HAAAAAATES to have this treatment. It's a mask that needs to go over both her nose and mouth, and we push the inhaler and the medication goes into a chamber in which she breathes. It's definitely helped her, but she's 2, and trying to explain this to her is like explaining it to the WALL! Thankfully, she's feeling better today, not as much coughing so we didn't need to give her the treatment. Will's still pooping though....his poor little butt is sooooo raw. I'm not feeling like a million bucks either, my cough is still present, (it's been here for about a week) so I'm heading to the Dr. tomorrow to get checked out. Enough already with the sickness in our house! Addison is starting to interact with her brother more and more..."Here bruh-dur, wear this hat!" Look closely, it's a set of Minnie Mouse ears! :)
