Maybe Addison WILL crawl after all. She's trying to scoot and grab things, and she's getting better and better at rolling onto her tummy without too much protest. I've also found her on her tummy in her crib in the morning and after naps...she's in her sleep sack though, and she gets very frustrated because it's hard to maneuver in that thing! I think if we had carpet downstairs (we have hardwoods, and I've made a "pallet" of sorts for her to play on) she would have more leverage to push off from and crawl, it's hard to get resistance with the blankets I've piled up for her to play on. Today we're off to Babies R Us (my least favorite place) to get some baby proofing ammo.
The picture above is Addison meeting Adele's new pug, Potter. He's a 4 month old puppy, and full of energy! He zipped all over our house, and Addison squealed with glee as he did circles around her. You can see her mouth wide open in this shot!
Oops, I hear her crying right now, she's upstairs napping and I'm sure she's on her tummy!
