Ahhh, dealing with a 2 1/2 year old is something else. Life was just starting to get better since Will's arrival with regards to Addison's behavior, and then suddenly, this whiny, disagreeable, temper-tantrum-throwing child showed up, and sweet Addison is nowhere to be found! We've had a couple days lately where I really thought I was going to lose it. She knows EVERY button to push, and she pushes them multiple times until I'm sooooo frazzled. I admit, I can be a push over, and I need to get serious with her and demand that this behavior STOPS. I try, but maybe I'm not consistent enough. It's so hard to discipline her when I also have Will in my arms. Or, he's sleeping, and I just got him down for a nap and she decides to have a meltdown over something...and we're living in a 1200 square foot house. Nice.Luckily, I have an amazing group of Mommy friends who assure me that their kids are going through the same stage (2 1/2 craziness) or have already gone through it, and there IS light at the end of the tunnel. At least for a short time, until another difficult phase begins!
